Paulo Bernardes-Silva and Olga Giannaccini join Arista Marine Management team.

Paulo is head of Design at Arista Marine, and is tasked with creating a first class, cross discipline design capability for the company. Immediately at hand is the 120m project which Arista Marine are currently working on in their shipyard facility in Split Croatia. Paulo has 20 years experience over a broad range of professional capacities namely in naval architecture, vessel design, marine engineering and superyacht management. His professional range covers large and small high speed craft, RORO ships, patrol craft, military and naval support vessels, hovercraft, marine civil and inland waterways craft; private luxury yachts and offshore structures. Paulo has shipyard production experience with steel, aluminum and composite materials, as well as the setting up and managing of several design offices.

Olga Giannaccini joined Arista as Head of Interior Installation and has since moved up to Head of Production. She graduated in Naval Architecture in 1988 and during her career participated in projects in many countries where she was involved in different activities related to the yacht and ship building Industry, collecting experience in design, project management, contract handling, shipyard-start-up. She was the head of technical office in SEC, building commercial vessels, Technical Director at Lusben-craft (Benetti Group) for yacht refit works, Project Manager at SPEC for both commercial and yacht projects. More recently she organised the start-up of  IAG Yachts shipyard in China, where she also was the Technical and Commercial Director. Olga joins Arista Marine in Europe with the task of integrating the production of the interior elements that are being produced by Specialist Marine Interiors (SMI) in New Zealand.
